Heads Up! There's a New I-9 Form

USCIS has made changes to form I-9 which must be provided to all new hires for completion on their first day of employment. Employers may continue to use the version of the I-9 form dated 11/14/16 through September 17, 2017. Beginning September 18, 2017, the newly released version dated 7/17/17 must be used. You can find the revised form for hard copy or electronic completion as well as instructions with the California New Hire Documents on your Client Area page at www.elmorehr.com.
